The Counseling Center of SE Oklahoma is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities, or CARF. CARF is a private, international, not-for-profit organization that accredits human service providers and has established standards of quality for organizations to use as guidelines in the development of programs and services. CCSO demonstrates that it meets international standards of care and consumers can be confident that CCSO has made a commitment to continually enhance the quality of its services.
A Three-Year Accreditation has been awarded to CCSO for the following programs:

CCSO works closely with state and local organizations in an effort to meet the unmet needs of the persons in the communities we serve. In order to uphold our commitment to quality and ensure that the needs of our communities are effectively met, CCSO continuously monitors performance, consumer satisfaction and outcomes. CCSO surveys both active and discharged substance abuse and mental health service consumers, personnel and other stakeholders. By doing so, we are able to ensure that the highest standard of care continues to be met and that the services our consumers receive are able to benefit their lives and the lives of their loved ones to the greatest degree possible.
Consumer Satisfaction
93% of active and discharged consumers who received either mental health or substance abuse services reported that they are satisfied with the services they received from CCSO.
98% of those surveyed reported that they felt that the staff was extremely knowledgeable and that they were treated with dignity and respect by staff members.
Consumer Outcomes
97% of substance abusers report that they have been greatly helped by the services they have received and 94% feel that they will be able to remain sober.
71% noted significant early and long term improvements in the quality of their life and relationships which they attribute to the services they received from CCSO.
Accessibility to Services
96% of substance abuse and mental health consumers and stakeholders reported that there were no barriers which may keep consumers from receiving services with CCSO.
85% report of consumers that they were able to get appointment times which were convenient for them.
Stakeholder Evaluation
100% of community stakeholders report that they feel that CCSO’s current clinical programs are able to meet the needs of the community.
100% of stakeholders noted that the ratio of Master level to Bachelor level clinicians is appropriate for their clinical needs.
